The Western was one of the most popular movie genres in the history of film. Classic gunfights, indian-cowboy battles and good old saloon fights have entertained generations of western film fans. Singing cowboys also have a niche for many who love some good old western songs. While still not any where near as popular as they once were, Occasional current westerns take us back to the good old days on the range, to a simpler life and a slower pace.
